Inspired by his sister Sarah, who fought to have her voice heard, Eric has become an ally to people with developmental disabilities. Eric's life purpose is to help 100,000 to allow their family member to live into their own power, and to create an awesome 'ordinary' life. Eric is the creator of the Empowering Ability Academy and Empowering Ability Podcast, which has helped thousands of families across the world to date.
