About the focus groups.

These focus groups are part of our Health Equity Consultation, a joint project by Down Syndrome International and Humanity and Inclusion to find out more about health equity for people with Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities worldwide.

We want to hear from people with Down syndrome and people with intellectual disabilities, family members and support persons.

A good way to gather information about health equity is to run a focus group. A focus group is a group interview where participants can share their experiences. 

We have created resources to help you run a focus group. These include

• Question sheets, and
• Reporting forms
